I just want to let you know that I am very pleased with the work you and your associates put forth in re-roofing my house. Compared with the other bids I received, you were the most economical choice as well as being the most informative and conscientious. It is very nice to know that there are still a few out there who do a complete job (thorough clean up, etc.). I also want to thank you for all your help in moving the azaleas. Needless to say, Betsy is very happy to have them in place. Your extra time and effort should go a long way. I wish you continued success. A while back I had a new roof installed and various other carpentry work performed by your company with which I have been extremely pleased. I just wanted to write to let you know what a real pleasure it was to do business with you. You delivered everything you said you would in a timely and professional manner. It seems "in this day and age" that getting what you feel you should from a business. Personal business transaction requires you to badger and hound just to get it done right. I experienced none of that with you and received the added benefit of having it done right the first time. Please feel free to add me to your reference list.
